You want to lead change that leaves a lasting impact.
You're full of good ideas on how to use business as a force for good, projects that prioritize people and the planet, but have no idea what to do about them (or if they are worth investing energy into them!).
Not to mention, the education system has failed to prepare you with the foundational knowledge and tools needed to succeed as a confident leader. And when even jobs in the industry are asking for 5 years experience, you're left looking at opportunities that underpay and undervalue what you could bring to the world.
So, what if you could play with your ideas in a safe space with access to everything you need to make sure they would actually work?
What if you had the right community, facilitators, and tools to take your idea from seed to start-up?
And to top it off, what if you could do all of this while enjoying summer in the mountains, surrounded by clean air, clean water, clean food, and vibrant wildlife?
Take an idea from seed to success in our 4-week Academy Intensive this June in Manali.
Cut the noise, breath in fresh air, and experience a month of transformative action. Learn how to develop your project vision and put the pieces together to launch it as a social enterprise as you deepen your leadership and project management skills.
Our 4-week Academy Intensive combines all 12 modules of our virtual Hara Academy program with our Mindfulness Ambassador Program, outdoor experiential learning, and community building.
What to expect during
our 4 weeks together
Mindful
Mornings
Our daily, pre-breakfast meet-ups will combine mindfulness activities with the program theme of the day, supporting you in your self-care, social emotional development, and in completing your Mindfulness Ambassador Certificate.
One-on-One
Mentorship
Every week, you'll sit down with your facilitator for a one-on-one session to dive into the challenges and opportunities of your idea so you can confidently continue your momentum both inside and outside the program.
Community &
Accountability
As a community, we will put in the work during our first few days to create a safe space for sharing, vulnerability, learning and accountability. For additional support, you'll be paired with a Program Partner for intentional daily one-on-one accountability meet-ups that help you both reach your program goals.
Hands-on & Experiential Learning
Almost 100% of the program will be facilitated in outdoor spaces so we can truly connect with our passions for social and environmental justice. Weekly community building sessions will also take place in beautiful places such as Sethan, Naggar, and secret spots in our village of Chaalet.

"I had such a wonderful time interacting with Jazz and the cohort. She created such a supportive and safe space for social business exploration. I learned values which can be applied to both my professional and personal life. I feel like this was a crash course on how to build a social business from scratch. The workbooks and exercises were excellent and the course material was super meaningful as well."

"My experience in this course has been very insightful, inspiring and self-challenging. I am especially grateful for Jazzmine's energy. She has the power to influence everyone around her with so much positivity, inclusivity and motivation. She has been so supportive and resourceful throughout my experience with Hara Academy. The team ensures everyone is looked after- mentally and in any resource ever required. The course has inspired me to look within and nurture myself as the kind of leader I would want to be. It has also given me a chance to speak in a safe space and share my views and ideas with like-minded individuals and change-makers. I am very grateful and honoured to be a part of this amazing community that Hara World is building and would highly recommend people who would like to build their careers dedicated for the good, to join this community and the courses they provide. It will open your life to opportunities in social entrepreneurship under the mentorship of experienced leaders!"

I will be launching my project outside of India. Is this program still for me?
Yes - all the material covered is still relevant to developing and launching a project in another country.
I am already working on my social venture idea - is this program still for me?
If you have already launched the project you are working on but are struggling to see results, this program is still for you.
However, if you are currently scaling your venture (i.e. you are already making annual revenue of over 5 lakh), this program will be a little too beginner for you.
I'd like to pay my program fee in another currency. Is that possible?
Yes - We advise you to apply first. We will provide you with payment options after acceptance into the program.
